What is the best way to get my hair blonde?

hi everyone i'm a brunette and i want to be blonde so i already my bleached my hair and it didn't work and then someone told me to use color remover din't work either now i have just been using blondest blonde hair dye and it does lighten up only my roots. help me i want to get it blonde please tell me what i can use????????
