Price Estimate For Stereo?

My Ariat boots had a little scuff on them. I went online and found out how to repair them. I tried the vasaline. It didn't help. Hi, this last week i've joined the gym and been heavily researching on the Sport, the Diets etc and i think ive got a solid plan but i want confirmation so that it works. Im an 18 Year old guy standing at 6ft 5 (195cm) and weigh ~86kg, im looking to put on muscle without adding too much fat (i know its not gonna be no fat but minimal would be best so i dont have to cut as long) Im training 4 days a week as of next week (last week went 3 to introduce myself) doing a split routine and 5x5 training with warmup sets. I've worked out about 4000 calories a day to gain maybe 400 less on rest days depending on how busy I am, but my total exercise is the gym + walking to and from class/work, and work is walking roughly 2-3 hours solid. Ive built up a diet that is pretty clean and ive stuck to it perfectly past week, it includes Oatmeal,LF Yoghurt, Wholemeal Toast, Chicken, Lean Red Meat, Salmon, Brown Rice, Potatoes, large amounts of vegetables, Whey Protein, Skim Milk, Peanut Butter, Avocado's, Bananas, and some Powerade some days while i train. Im fairly confident this is a clean diet and i have split my eating up into 6-7 times daily 3 big meals (BF,Lunch,Din) and 3 smaller meals (pre/post w/o, pre bed, snacks). if i continue with this should i see some lean mass gains? Cheers peeps :) P.S. is it okay to have the occasional cheat meal if im out with friends, so long as i try to keep the fatty foods out etc ill have subway or nandos or sumthing rather than macdonalds which i dont really eat anyway (maccas, hj's are a huge turn off for me)

Cat problem, socialising a stray?

I found a stray 6 weeks ago. A neighbour called thinking she was my cat Ruby who went missing 4 months ago. It wasn't her but I took her in as she was covered in parasites and her long fur was falling out, she was thin as a rake and in agony. I have been doing my law finals revision for the last 2 months, so I have spent about 2 hours a day with Grace (the name I gave her) I think she benefitted from the peace quiet and routine and she has blossomed, been treated for the critters and is in my outhouse which is warm cozy, furniture just like another room in the house really. I didn't want an infestation in my home and more imprtantly my boy cat fatty, son of Ruby is in the house. Fatty is the softest and sweetest natured cat ever, he helped his mum look after her second litter of kittens and is an absolute angel with other cats, he is such a happy little thing and I din't want him to feel dominated in his own home. Grace is also a softie, with me....but I have been bringing fatty into the outhouse every morning for half an hour. First time, he went up to her carefully but excited to find a new friend (he is spayed by the way so I know she cant be in fear of that) He's very careful to not appear threatening to her, very cautious, doesnt make eye contact and turns his back slowly to her which I know is a sign of trust, and a signal they want peace. Thing is she gets really funny with him, low growls and miowing loudly, although she hasnt tried to go for him, she's really not the type, you can tell shes been mistreated because she freaks out about really odd things like when I picked up a chair to move it once. Not sure whether these morning introductions are doing more harm than good, fatty is very quiet when he gets back in the house and just gives me this sad look. I really wanted to give her a home but I can't bring her in the house and I can't keep her in the outhouse forever she needs the kind of tender loving care I am giving her but from someone with no kids and no other pets...I think. What doesn everyone else think? Any experience of this? I want them BOTH to be happy, and I'm not prepared to compromise fattys happiness. I know If I got a kitten or something fatty would be all over it and theyd be best friends, I also know he's like to be friends with Grace,it's just not fair on him, or her. is there any hope here?

Let's just say that a few weeks ago I found myself in a very deep meditative state. I felt myself slowly being separated from the room I was in. It was as if I had been a two-dimensional being all my life, and suddenly I had stepped off the screen into a more three-dimensional space. Maybe it would be better described as a fourth dimension? I don't know. The objects in the room were all the same, yet different. The way in which I became separated was very interesting to me. The room seemed to slightly pixelate in the process, as if it had not been "real" all along, as if it had been programed. As I was sinking deeper and deeper into the dark caverns of my consciousness, I found myself in an unexpected place. Although I could still see the room around me, I was looking at it through what I would describe as a spherical wall of screens. To help you imagine it, think of the way a bee or a fly might see the world through it's hundreds of eyes.I was standing (though not physically) in a dark center of space surrounded by these "screens", and I saw the room. I got the sense that this was the "control center" of my mind. Time had completely stopped. Time was irrelevant. A minute or an hour could have passed, and I would not be able to tell you which was true. I was in the midst of eternity. I felt something else was with me. It wasn't physical, but I could feel it's presence close to me. I want to say that it was separate from me, but I suddenly realized that I was it, and it it was me. I asked it to tell me why I was shown this place. It told me that sometimes it needed to remind itself where it had come from and what it's purpose on earth was. It told me it had left small clues in our world to help us remember where it came from and why. Suddenly I was thrown even deeper into space only to find myself (my consciousness) floating above an incredible sight.In the middle of dark space I witnessed something unexpected. I'm not quite sure how to even begin to describe it. I'm not sure words in the English language exist that would be adequate to describe what I saw. In fact while I was deep in it, I thought to myself "How the hell do I describe this when I'll want to explain to someone what I saw???" but I will try. I witnessed our universe being born and reborn over and over and over again at very high speeds. It wasn't like the "big bang", it was more like a loop that constantly turned inside out. It was like the shape of an inverse-rotating donut, or I suppose what some would describe as the symbol for "infinity". It was a giant, infinite fractal. This Universe was not what we believe it to be. It performed a function, and that function was to constantly generate new possibilities. Much like computers in our world (though extraordinarily/severely basic in comparison) the Universe was like a giant calculator/generator producing infinite possibilities through complex mathematical equations.There was a strong presence/consciousness hanging over it. This "calculator/computer" Universe was the creation of this consciousness, and it overlooked every single little action with incredible yet effortless and tireless concentration. I suppose that this presence is the thing to which many people refer to as "God". I felt a oneness with this being. I finally understood that I was it, it was me, it was you, it was the grass, it was the rock, it was the ant, the bird, the wind, the sky, the earth,.... it was everything. It was love, hate, anger, sadness, it was us. Imagine yourself being cut into a quadrillion pieces, and those individual pieces being able to have experiences of their own, separate from the whole. According to my vision that's what our world is. The world and all of us, we are IT. Since I realized what an important moment this was, I did not want to miss asking the big question. My question was "How did you come to be? Where did this start?" It replied in a form of exchanging a thought in my mind, and the answer was that it simply WAS. It just IS. It did not know why or how, in fact it did not care for why or how, it didn't feel the need to know why or how, it just WAS. Since we humans experience a "beginning" and an "end" on this earth via birth and death, it is very difficult for us to imagine something having no beginning and no end. It seems inconceivable, much like the idea of infinity, something without an end. We try to imagine it, but we struggle to come to terms with the fact that something may not have an end or a beginning. I can't say I felt satisfied by that answer for the reason I mentioned just now, but I accepted it. My next question was why we were here. Understanding came to me in the form of seeing. In a manner of speaking it split itself into an incomprehensible number of pieces in order to learn. It was like an enormous calculator

What would be a good small pet for me?

I have had rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, and rats. I used to have a lot of rabbits but found homes for all except one because they are a lot of work, but I do love my little Holland Lop ''Bucky.'' He is the sweetest rabbit ever and he follows me round the yard and lies with me in the shade. I think me an him have the strongest bond out of all my pets. Since he isn't neutered (he is 5 years old now and I was worried he would be too old) he sometimes has his ''moments'' which is bothersome but understandable and I never get mad at him but my next rabbit I will get younger and have neutered. I have a guinea pig named Panda and I know they need company so I have been trying to find a single female guinea pig that I can adopt in Eugene, OR without much success. I love Panda and I like to hold her and give her veggies on my lap. I love her soft squeaks (and LOUD squeaks) and she is cute. However she will not get any exercise unless motivated by veggies, so I have to give her veggies to her by spreading them all over her giant pen so she has to run around and get them. So I love holding her and watching her but sometimes it is hard to tell if she enjoys being held and petted or not. I adopted 2 rats from my local humane society. I love them dearly, but they are females and pretty active. They aren't as interested as being rubbed/scratched or held as some of my other females have been. However they ares still cute and fun and they love coming up and getting treats during play time, I just wish they were a little more snuggly/affectionate. So after reading all that in the future what would be good pets for me? I like pets that are openly affectionate and show their love for you similar to a dog. I am thinking of only having 1 or 2 animals from now on so care/cleaning ect. doesn't seem like too much and so that I don't have to worry as much about a pet being too much work because I won't have so many. I was thinking maybe male rats? Any other suggestions are helpful and you can provide care information as well.

Okay, my sister has this bird that she bought on impulse. Its a parrotlet. I said that it was a bad idea and we don't need it but of course my parents didn't listen. Now, all it does is sit in a cage all day and chirp. She refuses to sell the bird, and we are moving to a smaller house where the birds peeping will be unbearable and inescapable. Tar-meena from ES4 is on a rampage.?

My brother is doing the path of dawn quest in ES4. When he walked into the arcane university there was tar-meena (normal) and a clone tar-meena that stood eight feet tall, was covered in mithril armour, and killing everything in sight with an obsidian claymore. I do mod the game, but none of my mods that i know of make giant evil clones of NPC's and send them on hot blooded rampages. i managed to trap her in the imperial orrery and locking the door behind me with the console, and that keeps her from killing everything. However, i have the game set to wear i can conjure creatures and they not dissapear. so, she has an army of conjured zombies in there and im afraid to fight her. even if i kill her, she just goes uncouncious. and i dont want to disable her with the console because there might be some reason behind this. has anyone else had this tar-meena clone problem?

I work for a fast food restaurant and today I had a dispute with a co-worker ( who was actually a team-leader) who has no respect to others and is very rude when giving orders. He told me to clean the dinning room and I refused because of the way he came across.I don't mind supervisors or in this case team leaders telling me what to do, the problem comes when I don't get the respect I deserve. He insulted me, he pushed me, and told me to leave the premises because I refused to obey his orders.He abused me verbally, and got so closed to me that I felt threatened. I told my manager about this situation and he told me to tell him to back off.I did that today but things got out of hand. He insulted me in Spanish by saying bad words and he also told me to meet him outside to resolve the matter.What can I do? Wild Baby Bunnies Help!!!?

My daughter was weeding around our pool. There is a slope/bank around the pool, and when she pulled out a giant weed there was a flat surface. As she was using the surface to hoist herself higher up the hill she heard a whimpering sound, she immediately got off it and a baby bunny popped out! it started rolling down the hill so she grabbed it and put it back in the hole. Later this evening a wild cat came and dug the nest up and ate 2 of the 3 before my daughter could chase it away. she grabbed the third and has it in a plastic tank (hermit crab cage) with a lid on top with holes in the lid. Please help getting my baby to sleep in his crib.?

I was BF our 10 month son up until a month ago. I thought he was weaning but by the time I figured out that he was on a nursing strike, it was too late. For BF reasons, I din't mind him sleeping in bed with me but things have gotten worse. He won't even take a nap if I'm not laying in bed holding him. I tried getting him to sleep in his car seat and stroller but that didn't work. I even moved his crib right next to my bed and removed the side rail. Not only does he throw a fit whenever I try to get him to sleep in it, he's actually thrown up because he cried so hard even though I was right there comforting him and holding his hand. Transfering him there after he falls asleep also fails. Even when we are sleeping at night, he constantly wakes up to make sure he's touching me or that I'm holding him. I don't mind him sleeping with me at night but I'm confined to my bed whenever he takes a nap because he could roll off the bed if I'm not there and most days I have to wake him up anyway just so I can get to the bathroom in time. I can usually roll him off my arm once he's soundly asleep. Any ideas anyone? Sorry about my spelling but I had to use my cell phone while I'm laying down next to baby boy!

My owner, Andy, I am Andy's favorite toy since he was in kindergarten. I live in Andy's room with my friends as his toys. I have very little knowledge about the astrophysics and the universe, but I HAVE been aware that our universe is known to be approximately 13.7 billion years old. Now, knowing this, I would automatically assume that the furthest objects from earth would be no more than 13.7 billion lightyears away. How long should i wait too pick my ball python up after she eats?

so after about 1 and a half months my new baby ball python ate her first mouse today, and id like to know how long i should wait to pick her up? shes just a little over over a foot long and my guess is shes 6 maybe 7 months old, but i got her about 7 weeks ago. she age a 8 week old mouse. right now shes in her hidding din. how long should i wait to pick her up again? Did you feel bad for Buzz Lightyear when he found out he couldn't fly?

I felt so bad for him. It was like his whole life he'd been raised knowing he could do it and then he couldn't. Then there's Woody who gave him the rocket and made him fly but it was fake flying. OK so I was at the beach like three months ago and I met this boy (his mother his my aunt's best friend) and at first I thought he was nice but then he started texting me and everything and that night I was at my house with my cousins and sister and he started texting my sister that he liked me a lot a lot but he said he couldn't say that because he had a girlfriend. After the movie we were walking and like he ran his fingers through my hair (nothing exaggerated or anything) I just felt really uncomfortable and then he wanted to go to like a time-out to play on the little games and stuff and so I told him that me and my best friend were gonna go buy some bathing suits we needed for a trip and then he wanted to tag along, it was really weird, we ended up not trying on anything. Since that day I completely ignored him and I still don't don't answer his texts. Usually after eating people have gained weight on the scales regardless of general fitness, because it's simply the weight of the food adding to your body weight. Try to limit things like pizza. Try to find more limited things that are similar to what you eat. Try pita pizzas with tomato sauce, fresh veggies and cooked chicken. Salads with cooked chicken or fish is best for lunches. Really butter/cheese and carbs like white bread and pizza/pasta are the worst. Don't eat anything white. The more colour the better. Don't eat after 8 (or if you need a quick bite on a random occasion- no carbs). Drink lots (2L) of water a day to clear system. Good luck.

with our telescopes, i think we are able to see billions of lightyears away. as a result, we are wathcing how the universe was 5 or 6 billions years away. but galaxies are still same. stars are same. didnt anything changed in the last some bilions years. why we cant see the answer of, how galaxies evolved.

For an e-hero deck... i'd say a 6/10. I have a friend who's running e-heros like it's his job and since we're close, I know most of his strategy for his deck. with that said, I see a lot of potential wasted. For example, where's stratos? also, speed warrior doesn't really fit in. Your deck would also improve with a marunding captain lock. Why 3 mariners? I've never played a solid e-hero deck (don't take offense with this) with one in there. Absolute zero, shining PE, and a bunch more are much more solid choices for that 15 card limit. captain gold would be good 2. no neos either? that takes away a lot of fusion potential. I just need to find out which wiring harness I need to connect my harness('s) from the stock side to the deck side harness.. Let's just say that a few weeks ago I found myself in a very deep meditative state. I felt myself slowly being separated from the room I was in. It was as if I had been a two-dimensional being all my life, and suddenly I had stepped off the screen into a more three-dimensional space. Maybe it would be better described as a fourth dimension? I don't know. The objects in the room were all the same, yet different. The way in which I became separated was very interesting to me. The room seemed to slightly pixelate in the process, as if it had not been "real" all along, as if it had been programed. As I was sinking deeper and deeper into the dark caverns of my consciousness, I found myself in an unexpected place. Although I could still see the room around me, I was looking at it through what I would describe as a spherical wall of screens. To help you imagine it, think of the way a bee or a fly might see the world through it's hundreds of eyes.I was standing (though not physically) in a dark center of space surrounded by these "screens", and I saw the room. I got the sense that this was the "control center" of my mind. Time had completely stopped. Time was irrelevant. A minute or an hour could have passed, and I would not be able to tell you which was true. I was in the midst of eternity. I felt something else was with me. It wasn't physical, but I could feel it's presence close to me. I want to say that it was separate from me, but I suddenly realized that I was it, and it it was me. I asked it to tell me why I was shown this place. It told me that sometimes it needed to remind itself where it had come from and what it's purpose on earth was. It told me it had left small clues in our world to help us remember where it came from and why. Suddenly I was thrown even deeper into space only to find myself (my consciousness) floating above an incredible sight.In the middle of dark space I witnessed something unexpected. I'm not quite sure how to even begin to describe it. I'm not sure words in the English language exist that would be adequate to describe what I saw. In fact while I was deep in it, I thought to myself "How the hell do I describe this when I'll want to explain to someone what I saw???" but I will try. I witnessed our universe being born and reborn over and over and over again at very high speeds. It wasn't like the "big bang", it was more like a loop that constantly turned inside out. It was like the shape of an inverse-rotating donut, or I suppose what some would describe as the symbol for "infinity". It was a giant, infinite fractal. This Universe was not what we believe it to be. It performed a function, and that function was to constantly generate new possibilities. Much like computers in our world (though extraordinarily/severely basic in comparison) the Universe was like a giant calculator/generator producing infinite possibilities through complex mathematical equations.There was a strong presence/consciousness hanging over it. This "calculator/computer" Universe was the creation of this consciousness, and it overlooked every single little action with incredible yet effortless and tireless concentration. I suppose that this presence is the thing to which many people refer to as "God". I felt a oneness with this being. I finally understood that I was it, it was me, it was you, it was the grass, it was the rock, it was the ant, the bird, the wind, the sky, the earth,.... it was everything. It was love, hate, anger, sadness, it was us. Imagine yourself being cut into a quadrillion pieces, and those individual pieces being able to have experiences of their own, separate from the whole. According to my vision that's what our world is. The world and all of us, we are IT. Since I realized what an important moment this was, I did not want to miss asking the big question. My question was "How did you come to be? Where did this start?" It replied in a form of exchanging a thought in my mind, and the answer was that it simply WAS. It just IS. It did not know why or how, in fact it did not care for why or how, it didn't feel the need to know why or how, it just WAS. Since we humans experience a "beginning" and an "end" on this earth via birth and death, it is very difficult for us to imagine something having no beginning and no end. It seems inconceivable, much like the idea of infinity, something without an end. We try to imagine it, but we struggle to come to terms with the fact that something may not have an end or a beginning. I can't say I felt satisfied by that answer for the reason I mentioned just now, but I accepted it. My next question was why we were here. Understanding came to me in the form of seeing. In a manner of speaking it split itself into an incomprehensible number of pieces in order to learn. It was like an enormous calculator

How to deal with my horrible mother?

So my mother complains all the time that she does not have anyone to take care of her and pamper atleast one whole day (since my parents are divorced she gets very lonely). So I decided to cook for her and give her a break from the kitchen for today and start cooking. To be honest I hate the kitchen and I hate to cook but I somehow bring myself to do it. So I start...and since I dont cook too often I happen to take longer than what she would take to cook the same thing..Obviously. So just when I'm about done, she yells from the bedroom (where is is just lazing around) if I'm planning on providing her with breakfast or dinner because I'm taking so long! I'm like I'm done, here it is. She is so unhappy and starts eating and complaining about how long I took to make it and how I am so slow and how I still have to learn to do things right and how I'm incapable of providing her a happy breakfast etc...etc. At this point my blood is boiling....On top of making her breakfast and trying to do something nice, this ***** wants to complain on how I could not do it according to her standards! I just want to scream and say SCREW YOU *****, YOU DESERVE NOTHING! But instead I control my temper and tell her to stop nagging for which she explodes like a latent volcano and starts yelling at me and throwing stuff and acting like a psychotic poodle! I try to reason with her and tell her to calm down and she slaps me!!!!!!! At this point I lose my temper and start yelling too (I really wanted to slap her back but obviously I can't slap my mom). In our nursery in Florida, we grow or have grown several varieties of bamboo. The preferred has been one of the the Multiplex species due to relative speed and ease to produce. With the Moso and other tall timber bamboo, the height of your ceiling won't limit their growth. They will keep going, even curling and coiling as they hit the ceiling. I would be looking for one of the Multiplexes. Perhaps Fernleaf, Alphonse Karr, Golden Goddess or Silver Stripe. You can go to one of the trade magazines (online) that we use to source some of the growers of various plants at www.plantfindervts.com and search for Bambusa in the green goods search. It will pull up a list of various bamboo and some growers. Some phone calls to them may get your answer. At my nursery it is just the Fernleaf and Hedge Bamboo in production. Dig up a little of the field grown stock bamboo and stick it in a container. With some water, fertilizer and weed control, a full 6-8' bamboo is produced in a 15 gallon container in as little as 18 months. Canes are smaller, typically less than an inch, but it is a good bamboo. The other species mentioned above get bigger canes over an inch. Oldhamii is the giant bamboo we used to grow (canes 4-6" and fast) but it was to fast and quickly became difficult to care for if there were not buyers. If you can find someone that has bamboo, of any kind, see if they will let cut/dig some of it out and start your own.

Theres a difference between having parenting skills that are frowned upon and having parenting skills that are detrimental to the children, and I would say it is the latter and there is definite reason for concern. It definitely sounds like there is some serious neglect and inappropriate behavior going on. 3 years old is far from being a baby, he should have been off the pacifier and the bottle at least two years ago, should be sleeping in his own bed, and he should be well on his way in potty training, it sounds like they arent potty training him at all. These practices are severely effecting the childs jaw and teeth and will cause multiple health concerns and psychological issues in the future. None of the children should be going to sleep with a bottle of milk ever, none after having their teeth brushed, it will rot their teeth straight through. It sounds like all three children are being psychologically impaired by the way they are treated. The most troubling thing is the perverted remarks that the father makes toward you, a minor. Someone sexually harassing a child by talking about their genitals and how much he wants to have sex with them is definitely a concern to the children in his care, especially the little boy who sleeps with him. I am usually very hesitant about contacting CPS if there isnt any clear abuse, but I really feel its necessary in this case. These kids need to be taken out of that house before the damage becomes permanent.
