Since wherever u go in the universe, you are at it's centre, does this mean that consciousness creates it?

And that we are all individual representations of that consciousness? So, if you travelled 13 billion light years in one direction, does this mean you could continue for another 13 billion lightyears in the same direction, since there you would be at the centre again?
