I had an argument with a supervisor at work.What can I do?

I work for a fast food restaurant and today I had a dispute with a co-worker ( who was actually a team-leader) who has no respect to others and is very rude when giving orders. He told me to clean the dinning room and I refused because of the way he came across.I don't mind supervisors or in this case team leaders telling me what to do, the problem comes when I don't get the respect I deserve. He insulted me, he pushed me, and told me to leave the premises because I refused to obey his orders.He abused me verbally, and got so closed to me that I felt threatened. I told my manager about this situation and he told me to tell him to back off.I did that today but things got out of hand. He insulted me in Spanish by saying bad words and he also told me to meet him outside to resolve the matter.What can I do? Who to contact in this case.I feel I can no longer work for fear of retaliation since I called my disctrict manager and told him what happened.Any ideas??
