What is the name of an 80's movie set around a hospital where someone is killing the doctors?

not "visiting hours". one of the characters is poisoned by the killer injecting a toxin into her sausages while she's still in the grocery store. another is killed by a giant defibrillator. anyone have any guesses? It was on hbo a lot when I was a child.
