Tar-meena from ES4 is on a rampage.?

My brother is doing the path of dawn quest in ES4. When he walked into the arcane university there was tar-meena (normal) and a clone tar-meena that stood eight feet tall, was covered in mithril armour, and killing everything in sight with an obsidian claymore. I do mod the game, but none of my mods that i know of make giant evil clones of NPC's and send them on hot blooded rampages. i managed to trap her in the imperial orrery and locking the door behind me with the console, and that keeps her from killing everything. However, i have the game set to wear i can conjure creatures and they not dissapear. so, she has an army of conjured zombies in there and im afraid to fight her. even if i kill her, she just goes uncouncious. and i dont want to disable her with the console because there might be some reason behind this. has anyone else had this tar-meena clone problem?
