What is the min. breeding size for a female giant leopard gecko?

I got a leopard gecko at a show about 2 week ago. I knew she was a giant even though the people I bought her from had no clue about anything for her genetics. She is currently 45g and 9.5in long, and is still at the juvenile thin look. What size should I let her get to before she goes in with my normal sized male? I don't think she is a super giant but also what size would a female super need to be at?
