Should i add this girl on facebook?

okai..so this girl and i had a class together this semester.only 1 class..and i would only see her once the whole day..i hadn't paid much attention before..but later i saw her giving me some attention..used to see her taking glances at me in class..even her friends would start shouting her name in class..maybe for me to notice..like ( ......(her name) loves u)..but i never had the courage to talk to her..i'm a bum, i know..no self confidence at all..i always wonder how girls can even look at this creature (elephant man) some times...yesterday my mom was like " u need to grow some confidence, son" ..lol..that was funny..so ya never had the balls to even say hi to her..had minimal eye contact as was i' scared..dunno why...and last week i tried adding her on facebook after much debate with a girl friend whether i shud add her or not..and she didn;t accept my request..ohh ya the schools over btw..now the only chance i'll see her again is maybe the result day..so she didn't accept my request as it was still pending when i opened her profile..but i used to see other ppl being added to her frens list..then i got frustrated and cancelled the request..but the thing is i din;t have my pic in facbook..and my name was different too..so she must have not recognized me..now the question is shud i add her again with my name and pic?? mucho help needed..i don't wanna spend the whole of my summer alone playin xbox ...and i have never been in a relationship before..shud i add herr...plzz help..
