Did you feel bad for Buzz Lightyear when he found out he couldn't fly?

I felt so bad for him. It was like his whole life he'd been raised knowing he could do it and then he couldn't. Then there's Woody who gave him the rocket and made him fly but it was fake flying. The whole thing is an underrated sad sad story of the life of Buzz. Hes under appreciated for what he really stands for. I mean Woody gets all the the attention but Buzz does all the work. Its kind mindbogglingly that this would actually take place. Give me your opinion?
