Where can i get a giant stuffed buzz lightyear from the movie Toy Story ?

I want to buy my son a giant buzzlight year for his birthday this year. So far all I've seen on the internet is little 16inch ones. I want a bigger one! My sons 3yrs old and I want it to be hugge! Any help? Thanks!
