Where can I get decent looking sneakers/shoes?

I have always been a giant for my age, but evening out later in life. At the age of 13-15 I was already 6 feet tall. 15-20 I only grew another 5 inches, and I'm currently sitting at 6'5" even. I have size 15 and 1/2 to 16 size shoes, depending on the width of the shoes. Where can I obtain decent looking shoes or sneakers so I can at least attempt to fit in?
