PLEASE HELP! Catfish belly side up but NOT dead!?

He might have punctured his swimming bladder, other than that he might just be an old fish ready to die. Im sure it's nothing major, but id get in touch with a vet asap, as it might be it's swimming bladder. If you have to keep him moving around or at the very least keep water moving over it's gills till morning. Id also try googling 24 hour pet stores around where you live, there might be some.
