Lightyear Wireless...I need to know how to sign up?

I was given the name of bestfreewireless.com in an answer to my question about the best pre paid cell service. checked it out and turns out to be about Lightyear Wireless but they were giving info on how to get rich. I tried to go to the website to sign up for the cell plan but couldnt get past the first page. It required some kind of code I didnt have so I couldnt sign up. What the hell?? Can somebody give me any info on these guys please??
