If beings from other solar systems were to travel to earth?

Its an impossible question to answer because time as we know it is certainly different in the far regions of space plus if something was to come to earth we don't know how long they live for or how they travel i think we are primitive with out 1500 mph rockets good luck finding a definitive answer
