Adding a sub-page to blogspot?

Hi, I've been having so much trouble trying to figure out had to add a sub-page to a page. What I mean by this is if you were to look at my blog, a gaming blog, http://guildwars2insider.blogspot.com/, where the tabs are and it says gameplay, I want there to be a drop down list of other pages. It looks so much nicer and neater this way, and it feels more professional than having one giant page, or multiple pages when all of it could fall under gameplay. Thanks, I hope I was able to explain it properly!
